Shipping Instructions & Terms

Please read these shipping instructions and terms carefully before booking with Zubion Logistics. By submitting a shipment, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below.
Packaging Requirements:
- • Please deliver cargo in heavy duty boxes that are properly sealed and shrink wrapped
- • We can provide packaging materials at an additional cost
- • Repackaging due to poor packing will incur an extra cost of $10 + GST per box
Rate Information:
- • Rate covers customs clearance to our Lagos pickup location
- • Door-to-door delivery to receiver's address available at additional cost
- • Rates are firm with no hidden charges for included services
- • GST may apply depending on payment method
We DO NOT ship:
- • Alcohol
- • Perfumes/Mists
- • Aerosols
- • Dangerous Goods or Items

Customs Declaration: The value of items being sent must be declared as individual valuations may apply for customs purposes.

Customs Inspection & Valuation
Nigeria Customs reserves the right to open and inspect any shipments entering Nigeria. They may also re-evaluate the declared value of items. If a revaluation occurs, you will be responsible for any additional duties or charges. Customs further reserves the right to hold any shipment for additional inspection. Zubion Logistics or its agents shall not be held responsible if Customs decides to hold or seize any shipment.
Delivery Timeline & Delays
By submitting my shipment through Zubion Logistics or its agent(s), I acknowledge that Zubion Logistics shall not be liable for delay that may arise due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to delays caused by airlines, customs, or regulatory authorities in either Canada or Nigeria. The stated delivery timeline of 14 working days is based on the assumption that no unforeseen delays or issues arise with regulatory agencies or airlines.
Limitation of Liability
Zubion Logistics' maximum liability for any loss or damage to shipments, if no value is declared, is limited to $2 (Or Naira equivalent) per kilogram of the shipment's weight. This applies whether loss or damage is partial or total.
For high-value items, you may declare the value of your shipment and choose to purchase additional insurance. If no additional insurance is purchased, the maximum liability of $2 (Or Naira equivalent) per kg will apply regardless of the shipment's actual value.
Right to Inspect & Report
I further understand that Zubion Logistics or its agent(s) reserves the right to inspect, reject, or report any suspicious shipments to the relevant authorities.
Shipper's Declaration
I, the shipper, hereby confirm that to the best of my knowledge and belief, the packages or shipments I am providing to Zubion Logistics or its agent(s) do not contain any contraband, dangerous goods, or narcotics. I understand that any false declaration may result in legal consequences, and I accept full responsibility for the contents of my shipment.
Agreement
I agree to all terms and conditions outlined above and release Zubion Logistics or its agent(s) from any claims of liability not covered in this agreement.
